Confidentiality Agreement

1. Commitment to Confidentiality

We understand that brand strategy and business consulting involve access to sensitive business data, strategic plans, and proprietary information. We treat all client information with the utmost discretion.

2. Scope of Confidential Information

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

• Business strategies, plans, and financial information shared during consultations.
• Brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies developed during projects.
• Internal documents, data, and communications shared for project purposes.
• Client lists, customer data, and market research findings.
• Any information explicitly marked as confidential by the client.

3. Our Obligations

• We will not disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent from the client.
• We will use confidential information solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.
• We will implement reasonable security measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized access.
• Upon project completion or client request, we will return or securely destroy all confidential materials.

4. Portfolio & Case Studies

We may request permission to feature completed projects in our portfolio or case studies. This is always done with explicit client approval, and we will never share sensitive business details, financial data, or proprietary strategies without written consent. Clients have the right to review and approve any portfolio content before publication.

5. Duration

Our confidentiality obligations remain in effect indefinitely, even after the conclusion of a project or business relationship. We take long-term trust seriously and will continue to protect your information regardless of the status of our engagement.

6. Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of ours.
• Was already known to us before the engagement.
• Is required to be disclosed by law or legal process.
